Econometric analysis in Ecuadorian company's financial management

The purpose of the research is to analyze the financial manager's trend about making funding decisions and determines if there is involvement of capital structure theories and cost efficiency in corporate Ecuadorian companies from various economic activities.

The study focuses on three specific areas of financial management understood as a specialization whose application basically seeks company's growth capital: (1) financial managemente in relation to the manager's perception and their decisions on financing and use of financial techniques; (2) behavior of compañny's capital structure in recent years; and (3) cost efficiency of these companies.
